Wealth & Poverty Review Squatter Steve Hickey Ordered to Vacate Million-Dollar Home

View at X

Breaking

Alleged conman, social media personality, and KIRO Newsradio contributor Steve Hickey just took a massive loss. A King County judge ruled Hickey must vacate a million-dollar Ravensdale property and it could happen this month. He’s been squatting in this house for months after claiming it belonged to him. I confronted Hickey a few months ago knowing a decision was looming. He remained arrogant and defiant even though his house of cards was starting to crumble.

Earlier this year, he was also fired as a Ravensdale volunteer firefighter and is still facing multiple investigations for corruption. This is a developing story.

Con Artist

We broke the story about Hickey earlier this year. Aside from the squatting allegations, his victims say he’s run multiple construction hustles and owes them hundreds of thousands of dollars.

May Confrontation

Tyler Oliveira and I first confronted Hickey earlier this year. He called the cops on us and denied the allegations. We knew this story wasn’t just about Hickey. We exposed Washington State’s broken system.
