Wealth & Poverty Review The Free Press Praises “Superabundance”

Originally published at Gale Pooley's Substack

Editor’s Note: Senior Fellow Gale Pooley wrote the book “Superabundance” with co-author Marian L. Tupy, arguing that population growth leads to innovation, expansion of resources, and increased wealth. The Free Press has recently given attention to the book and its authors. You can watch Lucy Biggers, highlighted below in Gale Pooley’s Substack article, interview Tupy at The Free Press.

Lucy Biggers describes herself as a climate activist turned climate realist. She’s currently the Head of Social Media at The Free Press. Lucy recently posted three short videos about Superabundance.

In 1952 it would’ve taken a blue-collar worker 203 hours of work to pay for an AC unit. In 2019, a blue-collar worker can afford an AC unit with just 5.5 hours of work.
